Laura's story
Laura is a jeweler and has a Bachelor's Degree in Product Design from UFRGS. Her passion for art, history, fashion, storytelling and creating comes from a very young age. At the age of 17 she began her studies in Design and at the age of 18 began her journey into the jewellery world , joining the Jewellery Course at Criativitá School.
Currently, at the age of 24, Laura works with the designing and metalsmithing of custom jewellery, mostly handcrafted with the classical techniques of jewellery and wax modeling, but also using different techniques such as 3D printing.
Her main objective is designing jewellery that contains stories, full of meanings, and that accompany its users during the most beautiful moments of their lives, passing from generation to generation.
Laura has always focused on expanding her knowledge and improving her skills, and has participated in courses in different areas of design, such as the CGMA's Costume Concept Design course, with Phil Boutté, and the Costume Design for Performance course, from UAL Central Saint Martin’s, with costume designer Bettina John, with the intention of pursuing a path in the filmmaking industry.
