Jewelry Care
To ensure that your jewelry remains beautiful for a long time, some care is necessary:
1. Avoid exposing 950 silver or plated silver pieces to chemical products, such as perfumes, lotions, salt water, among others. Silver undergoes a natural oxidation process, varying in intensity and speed depending on the skin of each user, care like this ensures that this process does not occur so quickly.
2. Avoid hitting your pieces as much as possible. Knocks can cause splinters in the plating, dents, and even breakage of both metal and natural gemstones.
3. Pin your hair up before putting on your necklace. Chains are delicate products, and care must be taken not to break them, tangling them in the hair, for example.
4. You will receive a flannel with your jewelry, with which you can periodically clean it, rubbing it carefully.
5. If you do damage a part, it is possible, in some cases, to make repairs. Remember that damages caused by misuse (eg: knocks, dents, broken chains) are not covered by the warranty, therefore, such repairs will be made as a new service, with a value to be informed by budget and shipping on behalf of the consumer. .

Finishing
The brand's jewelry goes through artisanal manufacturing processes. Some aspects should be noted:
1. Pieces of the same model may present slightly different results depending on the lost wax casting and metalsmithing processes.
2. Depending on the model, gemstones with approximate sizes and shapes can be used (millimetric differences).
3. In the case of pieces with an intentional oxidation process, such as those from the Museum Collection, the result of such oxidation may undergo slight variations.
International Purchases
In the case of international purchases (outside Brazil), customs tariffs in the countries of destination are the responsibility of the consumer and are not covered by the brand. These rates, as well as their application over the value of your purchase, vary according to the legislation of each country, so it is important to check this information with your government before making your purchase.
